Journeymen of San Diego is a strength-based program that strives to empower young men with hope through quality mentoring relationships, helping young men build healthy organic social networks and success in education and employment.  
Journeymen of San Diego mentors inspire young men to reach their full potential through healing opportunities and leadership.
Masculine/Male Professionals who:

⦁ Have faced adversity in many ways. 

⦁ Have a deep interest in sharing resources to support young men through their own challenges. 

⦁ Continue to improve themselves personally and professionally. 

⦁ Work with men to develop the tools to be successful through any challenge. 

⦁ Share stories of success and failure that relate to real and current situations. 

Mission: “To empower young men with the tools and structures to being successful in life personally and professionally.

Vision: “To develop men that will achieve professional success, become socially and emotionally aware, and feel empowered to confront any challenge.”

Journeymen of San Diego Aims:Journeymen of San Diego Aims:

⦁ Support social and emotional development of our young men.

⦁ Increase self-sufficiency of our young men through Branding/Entrepreneurship. 

 ⦁ Assist mentees with overcoming system barriers such as foster care system, juvenile/criminal justice, educational/vocational, mental health, and homelessness.

⦁ Improve Vocation/Education outcomes.

⦁ Decrease the Criminal Justice pipeline. 

⦁ Change the legacy for men in our local community.
